1. Return and Exchange Period
You can return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt.
In case of a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return or exchange within 30 days.
2. Conditions for Returns
The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and unused.
Original packaging and tags must be attached to the clothes.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can head directly to our branch for an instant exchange, or contact our customer service to arrange a courier pickup (additional shipping fees may apply unless the error was on our end).
